Peter C. Ver Halen

Commenced the practice of law in the legal department of a New York stock exchange company upon graduating from law school in 1967. Remained in that employ until 1971 when embarked on career as a sole practitioner with emphasis on business related litigation with focus on employment law, entertainment, contract, real estate with some securities and limited partnership experience. He has been associated over the years with small firm practice including Crahan & Javelera, Chahan, Javelera, Ver Halen & Aull and most recently with the Law Offices of H. Michael Soroy. He has represented clients in state and federal court matters throughout Southern California and before the California and Ninth Circuit courts of appeal.
