Richard Berberian

Richard Berberian formerly represented defendants insured by some of the largest insurance carriers while an associate with one of the largest national law firms in the country. His successful defense practice was focused on various areas of the law including Elder and Dependent Adult Abuse and Neglect, Medical and Dental Malpractice, and General Liability. During that tenure he was also a team member of the largest Elder Law department in the Western United States. That experience helped him understand what it takes to make defendants pay for their wrongful conduct. As a result, the firm has a unique perspective and understanding of how to represent injured and wronged plaintiffs including our elder and dependent adult loved ones against even the most aggressive defense firms out there. Mr. Berberian graduated from the Southwestern University School of Law in 2004. Since then he has been licensed to practice before all courts in the state of California and the United States District Court for the Central District. He has been involved in hundreds of cases from the initial pleadings stages through trial.
