Robert P. (Bob) Biegler

Robert P. (Bob) Biegler is regarded as one of the premiere civil trial lawyers in Northern California. He has tried over 200 cases, involving almost every type of legal claim. Mr. Biegler has prevailed in trial judgments totaling millions of dollars and has additionally been responsible for innumerable settlements resulting in millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients. In addition to his civil trial practice, Mr. Biegler has taught Employment Law, Labor Law and Business Law at Sacramento State University since 1984. He has also taught at the University of Pacific-McGeorge School of Law in various programs, as well as courses for the State Bar of California, the Continuing Education of the Bar, the Sacramento County Bar Association and the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association. He also serves, and has served, as a Pro-Tem Judge, arbitrator and mediator for the Sacramento County Superior Court, the El Dorado County Superior Court and the Placer County Superior Court. Mr. Beigler maintains a close, regular, personal relationship with Brock & Gonzales, LLP, assisting the firm in fighting for the rights of employees and the injured throughout California. Mr. Biegler graduated from the University of Utah in 1974 and is a 1979 graduate of the University of the Pacific-McGeorge School of Law. He was the Student Body President in law school and later served as the University of the Pacific-McGeorge Alumni Association President.
