Sarah Virginia Jensen

Sarah Jensen is a licensed California Attorney, recently admitted to practice law. Ms. Jensen received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). While in law school, Ms. Jensen practiced as a student attorney as part of the school’s Community Justice Clinic, successfully arguing a case in an Administrative Law Proceeding. Sarah practices predominately in the fields of real property and business law and has represented landlords, property managers, contractors, subcontractors and business owners in a variety of matters. These matters include landlord tenant disputes, neighbor disputes, unlawful detainer actions, breach of contract claims, real property non-disclosure disputes, corporate formation, CSLB claims against contractors, and review and crafting of home improvement contracts for contractors and subcontractors.
