Tammy M. J. Hong

Ms. Hong is a seasoned real estate and environmental attorney with a balanced practice between litigation and transactions. Her litigation experience includes quiet title, breach of contract, fraud, and cost recovery and contribution actions for environmental claims. Ms. Hong's litigation experience, in turn, lends a wealth of insight on the transactional practice, which focuses on purchase and sale and lease transactions involving commercial and industrial properties, particularly when such transactions are complicated by environmental concerns.
