Thomas Maxwell Fitch

Thomas M. Fitch is a 1993 graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, and a 2000 graduate of Santa Barbara College of Law. While attending Santa Barbara College of Law, he was on the dean's honor list, received moot court honors for best oral argument and the American Jurisprudence Award. Mr. Fitch has been actively involved during his career not only in the analysis and litigation of insurance coverage matters, but also in general civil litigation, from inception through trial. Mr. Fitch has represented general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in the defense of complex construction defect actions, and also has experience in personal injury, real property and business litigation. Mr. Fitch is regularly retained by a national manufacturer of window products for the defense of its product liability claims. He has also distinguished himself in the defense of several complex mold and toxic exposure cases involving both property damage and bodily injury claims.
