Troy D. Krouse

Mr. Krouse joined Kashfian & Kashfian LLP as an Associate Attorney in the firm's litigation and trial practice. Mr. Krouse provides counsel to clients of the firm in every stage of litigation, particularly with respect to employment, white-collar investigations, business, as well as general complex litigation matters. Mr. Krouse also assists and counsel clients with regard to various appellate matters. He joined the firm following a lengthy and decorated career as a senior criminal investigator with the United States Department of Labor, Office of Labor-Management Standards. Prior to that, Mr. Krouse worked as a paralegal specialist, working on criminal appeals at the United States Attorney's Office for the Central District of California as well as a program assistant with the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, DC. Mr. Krouse received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Iowa with Honors, and after moving to Los Angeles, he completed his Juris Doctor degree at Loyola Law School Los Angeles, in the top 25% of his class including first honors in Appellate Advocacy and Civil Litigation Practice. Mr. Krouse is admitted to practice before the state courts in California. Relying on his past extensive career in government as well as his legal acumen, Mr. Krouse prides himself in assisting a broad range of local and international clients with litigation, arbitration, defense and white-collar crime investigations across various sectors.
