William R. Hart

Since 1982, Bill has been an advocate for his clients from pre-litigation negotiation through trial and appeal from judgment. He represents clients in the prosecution and defense of a broad range of business, commercial and real estate disputes, including breach of contract, insurance coverage, landlord/tenant, estate litigation, trade secret and unfair competition, broker commission disputes and construction defects. Bill represents companies from a diverse range of industries, including residential and commercial property developers and managers, Homeowners Associations, high-tech manufacturers, insurance marketing organizations, financial institutions, independent dealers and distributors, and corporate and partnership interests of all types.
