About Adam T. Ferguson
Adam T. Ferguson is an associate in the Miami office of The Chartwell Law Offices, LLP. Mr. Ferguson graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelors of Arts in 2002, then obtained a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Coastal and Environmental Management from the same university in 2004. Following his graduate studies, Mr. Ferguson served as a Program Specialist for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, administering and overseeing the federal government's role in post-disaster assistance programs. Mr. Ferguson earned his law degree at the University of Miami School of Law in 2012, graduating magna cum laude. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, and concentrates his practice in admiralty and maritime law and products liability. He is an active member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States.
