Brittany Johnstone

Brittany Johnstone is one of the Associate Attorneys at the Law Offices of Forrest & Forrest, with exclusive practice in Marital and Family Law. Ms. Johnstone’s areas of practice include Divorce (High Net Worth Divorce, Uncontested, Same-Sex, etc.), Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements, Alimony/Spousal Support, Child Support, Custody/Parental Responsibility, Time-Sharing, Relocation, Post-Judgment Modifications, Enforcement and Contempt, Paternity, Domestic Violence, Dependency, Adoption, Termination of Parental Rights, and much more. Ms. Johnstone is a Florida native and is half Japanese. Ms. Johnstone completed her bachelor’s degree at Florida State University where she was also a part of Alpha Phi Fraternity. Ms. Johnstone later attended law school and graduated with her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. During her time at Nova Southeastern University, Ms. Johnstone developed her passion for Family Law and advocating for clients through her membership and various leadership roles in student organizations, as well as through her employment with the Law Offices of Forrest & Forrest as a Law Clerk. Ms. Johnstone obtained valuable Family Law Litigation experience for over a year through this position as a Law Clerk before gaining admission to the Florida Bar in September of 2023.
