David J. Weiss

David Weiss is an associate with the firm who practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation, with a focus on real property, environmental, and land use law. David regularly represents lending institutions and other commercial and governmental clients in matters related to real property, planning, zoning and land use law. His representation frequently involves civil litigation, administrative proceedings, and appearances before and representation of local government boards and commissions. While in law school, David obtained a Certificate of Environmental & Land Use Law, with high honors, from Florida State University; and interned with the Department of Community Affairs.
