David W. Holley Following admission to the Florida Bar in 2016, David W. Holley worked for a boutique firm in Pembroke Pines, Florida where he maintained a primary focus on civil appeals. In providing both appellate and litigation support to outside counsel, David began to uniquely focus on corporate entities in complex commercial litigation, high-asset dissolution of marriage proceedings, insurance carrier disputes, and catastrophic personal injury claims at the appellate level. His unique ability to collaborate with other attorney’s as needed and provide customized counsel in diverse areas of law afforded his clients both comfort and security. Stepping closer to the courtroom, David now concentrates his practice in litigation. He embraces new challenges freely and remains dedicated and resourceful to tackle any complex issue that may arise. David is licensed in the State of Florida, a member of The Lee County Bar Association, certified in the Middle District of Florida, and certified in The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Being new to Southwest Florida, David now looks forward to servicing our community at large and handling any legal matter you may have.
