Joshua L. Wintle

Mr. Joshua L. Wintle joined Panter, Panter & Sampedro, P.A., as an attorney in 2008. His practice focuses on complex and catastrophic injury claims. Mr. Wintle has participated in multiple jury trials resulting multi-million dollar verdicts for our clients. Mr. Wintle has significant experience in cases focusing on issues of worker's compensation immunity and construction accident liability. Mr. Wintle also provides appellate briefing and support for the firm. Mr. Wintle serves as the President-Elect of the Young Lawyers Section Board of Directors of the Dade County Bar Association. Mr. Wintle is a Past-President of the South Miami Kendall Bar Association. Mr. Wintle has also held the offices of Secretary of the SMKBA and President of the SMKBA Young Lawyers Section. He has served on the Board of Directors of the SMKBA since 2008. Mr. Wintle has been recognized as a Florida Rising Star by the Super Lawyers Magazine. Mr. Wintle is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude. While there, he was a member of both the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review and the esteemed legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi. Mr. Wintle's accomplishments include recognition on the Dean's List and his receipt of both the Dean's Certificate of Achievement and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Internet Law.
