Melissa A. Youngman

Melissa handles all types of commercial bankruptcy matters including main case work and litigation. She typically represents: • Chapter 7 and 11 trustees • commercial debtors • all types of creditors • landlords • plaintiffs and defendants in preference and/or fraudulent conveyance actions In addition, Melissa has extensive experience handling assignments for the benefit of creditors—a state court liquidation proceeding similar to a chapter 7 bankruptcy.
