Matthew E. (Matt) Eutzler

Mr. Eutzler, a partner in the firm, specializes in representing businesses, banking and institutional clients, as well as individuals, throughout Florida and Georgia in a number of different areas, including business work-out situations, business formation, commercial real estate, construction, mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens, contract negotiation and litigation, debt collection, foreclosures, and secured lending transactions. Mr. Eutzler bases his practice in the firm’s Valdosta office, but also practices in the firm’s offices in Albany, Savannah and Atlanta.

• Mr. Eutzler regularly presents at seminars on business, banking law, and creditor rights issues throughout Georgia, where he prepares substantive written material from which he presents, and answers questions from the attending audience.
