Stephen Voils Kinney

Stephen joined Tisinger Vance in 2001 and is a member of the firm's litigation department. His fields of concentration are commercial litigation and eminent domain. Stephen graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a J.D. While attending Georgia, Stephen was a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity and an executive committee member of the U.G.A. Children's Miracle Network Marathon, a student run philanthropy dedicated to raising funds for the Children's Hospitals of Atlanta. While in law school, Stephen was a member of the Mock Trial Board. Stephen currently resides in Douglasville, Georgia. He is a member of the Burson Center Advisory Board and the First Presbyterian Church of Douglasville.
