Thomas J. Mew IV

Thomas ("Tom") J. Mew's practice covers a broad range of employment law and litigation matters. Tom has defended employers in both individual and class action wage-and-hour, discrimination, and harassment litigation, as well as in arbitration and mediation. In addition, he represents fiduciaries, benefit plans, and employers in employee benefits litigation. Tom also regularly advises employers on employment contracts, releases, and restrictive covenant issues. Tom was named one of the Georgia legal community's "Rising Stars" for 2006, 2007 and 2009. Tom was a law clerk to the Hon. Herschel P. Franks of the Tennessee Court of Appeals and to the Honorable Harold L. Murphy of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
