Yoko Ariza

Yoko Ariza-Diaz is an Associate Attorney at Briskin, Cross & Sanford, LLC, where she assists clients with corporate and real estate transactional matters. Her practice includes commercial real estate transactions, corporate formation and governance, and contract drafting and negotiation. Yoko works closely with business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals to provide practical and efficient legal solutions tailored to their goals. A proud graduate of Georgia State University College of Law, Yoko earned her dual J.D./M.B.A. in 2022 after completing her B.S. in Criminal Justice (2018). During law school, she served as President of the Latinx and Caribbean Law Student Association and competed on the Environmental Moot Court Team. She also volunteered with the Atlanta Legal Aid Society and the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, assisting attorneys with landlord-tenant disputes and housing matters. Yoko is a registered civil mediator, certified through Georgia State University Law’s landlord-tenant mediation clinic, and has successfully mediated more than 50 cases in the Magistrate Court of Fulton County. Her background in mediation reinforces her client-centered approach that focuses on clear communication, balanced advocacy, and practical problem-solving. As an active member of the Georgia Bar Association’s Business Law Section, the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association, and the Hispanic National Bar Association, Yoko is passionate about expanding access to legal representation and supporting diverse voices in the legal community. Outside of work, Yoko enjoys traveling, playing soccer and tennis, and spending time with her family.
