Trent K. Miyashiro

Trent Miyashiro concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and tax law, advising clients on corporate governance, entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and general business law. Prior to entering the legal field, Trent received his B.A. and M.S. in Accountancy from the University of San Diego and worked in public accounting for two years, earning his Certified Public Accountant License. Trent received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2019. During law school, he served as an extern for the Honorable Kevin Chang of the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, and for the Honorable Bert Ayabe of the Hawaii Circuit Court of the First Circuit.
