Daniel W. Kaminski

Daniel concentrates his practice in the areas of trust and probate litigation, estate and trust administration, and fiduciary defense litigation. Daniel has handled a wide variety of contested estate and trust issues, including representing Executors and Trustees in defending against will and trust contests. Daniel has also defended and prosecuted citation proceedings that seek to recover misappropriated assets into a decedent’s estate. Additionally, Daniel has been appointed by the probate court to act as a Special Administrator to assist in the administration of decedents’ estates. Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude. During law school, Daniel served as a judicial extern for both the Honorable Samuel Der-Yeghiayan of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Honorable Elizabeth Budzinski of the Circuit Court of Cook County. Prior to law school, Daniel graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Legal Studies, graduating with Distinction.
