Geffrey D. Rainbolt

Geff Rainbolt represents clients in the areas of estate planning, probate and estate administration, corporate law, closely held and family owned businesses, and real estate. In his practice, Geff regularly counsels clients in a variety of matters including, wills and trusts, powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills, trust administration, insurance trusts, wealth management, estate and gift tax planning, pre and post marital agreements, business entity selection and organization, shareholder and buy-sell agreements, employment documents, non-compete/nondisclosure agreements, limited liability companies and family limited partnerships, business acquisitions and sales, business succession planning, real estate acquisitions and sales, and lease agreements. Geff earned his undergraduate degree in accounting and previously worked as a tax consultant with the firm of Coopers & Lybrand, L.L.P.
