Ward Ballerstedt

Ward Ballerstedt was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He obtained his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Kentucky. He then attended the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 2006. He has spent nearly his entire legal career practicing workers' compensation law in Kentucky. Ward began his career working in insurance defense, which has given him a unique perspective in representing injured workers. His prior experience helps him know which arguments and strategies work, both prior to litigation and once a claim is in litigation, as he zealously advocates for his clients.
