Cynthia A. Berman

Ms. Berman joined the Firm in June, 2000 as a Principal. She has practiced in the areas of commercial real estate, corporate, contracts, and general business matters for over 20 years. She handles matters concerning the acquisition, sale, development, financing, and leasing of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate representing developers, home builders, construction companies, and property managers. She also advises business clients on a wide variety of business and contract issues. She is the co-chair of the 2007 MICPEL Advanced Real Property Institute. She is a past President of CREW-Baltimore and a former member of the Board of Directors of CREW Network.
