Timothy Stephen Carey

Tim S. Carey joined Nagle & Zaller, P.C., in May of 2017. Tim came from a multi-state creditor's rights/collections firm where his practice focused primarily on title, estates, and litigation. Since graduating from the University of Baltimore School of Law magna cum laude in 2015, Tim has represented national mortgage lenders and servicers in a variety of litigated matters, with a particular focus on quiet title actions, which included issues such as lien priority, fraudulent conveyances, and a multitude of other issues affecting marketability or property. Tim will primarily be working within the Collections Department and with Laura Curry, the head of that Department. Tim is licensed to practice in Maryland and Virginia.
