James O’Sullivan

Attorney James M. O’Sullivan handles and defends workers’ compensation cases in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts. Jim previously worked for Devine Millimet in Manchester NH, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, and Wausau Insurance Company. Jim has over 30 years’ experience in defending thousands of workers’ compensation cases before Hearing Officers, Administrative Judges, and the Supreme Courts in those jurisdictions. Jim’s depth and breadth of knowledge of the workers’ compensation laws in the states he has practiced is unparalleled. Jim was the past chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association. Jim graduated from Suffolk University Law School with his Juris Doctor in 1979, and from Bates College with a Bachelor of Arts in 1976.
