Peter W. MacConnell

My main focus in the practice of law is real estate, zoning, estate planning and business law. Being able to solve problems without unnecessary conflict and confrontation gives me a great deal of satisfaction, and I enjoy assisting my clients in reaching their goals. I also spend a lot of time in front of local zoning and planning boards, and I enjoy the challenge of obtaining good results for my clients. I take great satisfaction from my long and rewarding relationships with many clients and members of the community. Peter is a member of the real estate department handling both residential and commercial transactions. He also spends a considerable amount of time on zoning and land use issues, almost exclusively on the developer side. In addition, he also does estate planning and corporate legal work.
