Anthony L. Barthel practices in the areas of private financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, commercial transactions, contract review and wealth preservation. Mr. Barthel also assists his business clients in real estate sale, acquisition and leasing matters. Mr. Barthel understands the pressures faced by private businesses.
