Paul W. Anderson

Paul Anderson is a shareholder in Messerli Kramer's Commercial Real Estate group and has been with the firm since 1988. He has spent his career negotiating and documenting transactions for his clients in all areas of commercial real estate, including sales, acquisitions, land use planning and development; construction, financing and leasing of retail shopping centers; student housing projects, upscale residential apartment complexes, charter schools, and senior apartments; and assisted living and skilled nursing care facilities. Paul has strong connections with the industry's leaders and service providers, and his reputation as a loyal and effective advocate for his clients is well known in the Twin Cities real estate community and beyond. He is experienced in all areas of real estate law, skilled in managing complex, multi-party transactions and he listens carefully to his clients to identify their business needs in order to obtain the best possible outcomes.
