Joshua R. Ward

Josh is an attorney with the firm and a member of the Information Technology & eCommerce Practice Group, and the Business & Corporate Practice Group. Josh concentrates his practice in the following areas: Licensing and technology contracts General business and corporate law Banking and finance Intellectual property Josh is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association. He joined Hellmuth & Johnson as an attorney in 2011. Josh graduated, magna cum laude, from the honors program at the University of Saint Thomas where he majored in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science. Josh obtained his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law where he served on the Editorial Boards of the William Mitchell Law Review and Cybaris: An Intellectual Property Law Review. During law school, Josh also participated in the national Ruby R. Vale Corporate Moot Court competition. In addition to practicing law, Josh enjoys spending time outdoors golfing, fishing and hunting.
