Pamela A. Curran

Pam has been practicing corporate and business law for more than fifteen years. And, during this time, she also began practicing yoga. She draws from her experience in yoga each day in working with clients. Both require balance, flexibility and strength, and one is often emphasized over the others. Equipped with this discipline, she approaches her client needs in logic fashion - finding the right amount of balance, flexibility and strength to find the right pose, the right solution to any client need. Through years of legal practice from the board rooms of the Big Apple to the conference rooms of the Minne-Apple, Pam has represented closely held and publicly traded companies in merger and acquisition transactions, general corporate law, and securities compliance. She also has a special focus in intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, licensing and trade secrets and represents a number of companies in securing and enforcing their intellectual property rights. Drawing on the depth and breadth of her experience over the years, Pam has effectively represented a variety of clients, including the acquiror of a Mexican restaurant franchise and a producer and distributor of "self-improvement" television content in the sale of its business to a New York private equity firm.
