Trenton K. Seegert

Trenton is an associate attorney at Madigan, Dahl & Harlan, P.A., having joined the firm in January 2024. He helps individuals and businesses with strategic business formation; intellectual property clearance, prosecution, and maintenance; and general corporate matters. With a background in economics, Trenton approaches each client matter with efficiency to develop an effective and tailored solution. Trenton specifically focuses his practice on helping businesses realize the value of brand identity and intangible assets through the prosecution, management, commercialization, and protection of trademark and copyright protected materials. Trenton advises clients on a variety of non-profit corporation, real property, contract, and employment law matters. Trenton regularly volunteers through LegalCORPS, Springboard for the Arts, and the Minnesota Lawyers for the Arts, helping musicians, artists, athletes, school athletic and music booster clubs, and athletic organizations navigate unique trademark, copyright, right of publicity, name, image, and likeness, general corporate, and nonprofit organization matters.
