About Erik H. Nelson
Erik's practice focuses on civil litigation, toxic tort, construction defect and transportation law. He is often called on to defend complex, high-exposure cases for clients. Prior to joining Knight Nicastro MacKay, LLC., Erik was a senior associate at Brown & James, P.C., where he successfully defended clients in complex product liability matters, professional liability claims, construction lawsuits and transportation law. He has also represented several companies in asbestos litigation and acted as national coordinating counsel for a large manufacturing company. Erik is active in both the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and local community and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
