Stewart A. Schneider

Stewart Schneider's practice areas include real estate and title-insurance matters. Mr. Schneider began his title insurance career as in-house counsel at one of the largest title insurance agencies in Missouri. He subsequently became claims and underwriting counsel at a national title insurer handling and resolving claims and providing legal advice for complex underwriting issues for title agencies in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska for eight years. Mr. Schneider joined Hein Schneider & Bond P.C. in 2005 and provides analysis and resolution of complex title issues, coverage opinions for national title insurance companies and resolves disputes involving title insurance coverage, escrows, land conveyances, boundaries and RESPA.
