William R. England III

A former Assistant General Counsel for the Missouri Public Service Commission, "Trip" England represents a number of public utility companies advising them on various corporate, regulatory and related matters. Since 1991, Trip has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of public utility law-telecommunications. Trip is a former Vice Chairman of the Communications Committee of the Section of Public Utility Law, Communications and Transportation Law of the American Bar Association. He is also former president of the Cole County Bar Association and is a co-author of the chapter on the Missouri Public Service Commission in the Missouri Bar's Administrative Law deskbook.
