Erin M. McCartney

Erin graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, IL in 2002 with a B.S. in Political Science. She received her J.D. in 2007 from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, MI. While attending Ave Maria, Erin obtained experience in a broad scope of legal practices through internships at The Thomas More Law Center, the Public Defender's Office and FirstComp Insurance. She was also active in the Student Bar Association, participating as the chair of the Career Services Committee. She is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts in Nebraska, and is a member of both the American Bar Association and the Nebraska State Bar Association.
