Stefanie S. Flodman

Stefanie S. Flodman specializes in the area of family law, with a focus on guardianship matters and general litigation. A second generation lawyer, Ms. Flodman successfully argued before the Nebraska Supreme Court to establish new law with respect to employer retaliation against employees who file workers' compensation claims. Ms. Flodman is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Lincoln Bar Association. She is a trained family law mediator and has over five years of experience working with the Lincoln Mediation Center. She has served as the southeastern representative for the Nebraska Foster and Adoptive Parent Association (2006-2008). Ms. Flodman has presented continuing legal education seminars on family law and general litigation matters.
