Manny J. Alvelo, Esq.

Manny J. Alvelo is a Partner at Lomurro Law. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2008 and the New York Bar in 2010. Manny’s practice is focused in the areas of trusts and estates, real estate, and business organizations. He has built a client base of individuals, families, investors, developers, and business owners whom he advises on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Additionally, Manny provides his clients with practical guidance on matters related to estate planning, asset protection, business succession, and probate. Prior to joining Lomurro Law, Manny served as counsel to a national title insurance company where he worked closely with clients and underwriters to identify and resolve complex title issues affecting real property. His in-depth knowledge of how ownership interests are held and conveyed by individuals, trusts, estates, and business entities provides him with a unique ability to spot potential problems and develop creative solutions. Manny is actively involved in his community, having served in various leadership positions on the Boards of several non-profit organizations. He regularly lectures for various professional associations, civic organizations, and continuing education providers, both locally and nationally.
