A lifelong New Jersey resident, Tom brings over a decade of experience in estate planning and estate administration to the firm. Understanding that preparing for one’s passing—or coping with the loss of a loved one—is an emotional and deeply personal experience, Tom was drawn to PGA Law for its commitment to relationship-building and making a meaningful difference in the lives of its clients. Tom represents and advises both high- and moderate-net-worth individuals, as well as those seeking more foundational planning, to create well-crafted, tax-efficient estate plans that provide peace of mind to clients and their families. His work includes the drafting of Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, and Irrevocable Trusts designed to maximize tax savings. In addition to planning, Tom handles estate administration matters, guiding individual and professional fiduciaries through probate, asset marshaling, and the distribution of estate and trust assets to beneficiaries, ensuring an efficient and thoughtful resolution. Committed to giving back, Tom is actively involved in several community and service organizations.
