Margaret A Graham

Ms. Graham practices in both federal and state courts, including appellate courts. Before joining Bannerman & Johnson, P.A., Ms. Graham practiced in the area of administrative law, family law, environmental law, criminal law, personal injury law, medical malpractice law and employment law. Ms. Graham has extensive experience as an administrative law judge for the Office of Administrative Hearings in Kansas where she conducted legal research, received and applied federal, state, and case law, as well as regulations and policies. As the Presiding Officer and sitting judge in the Office of Administrative Hearings, Ms. Graham provided hearings for numerous state agencies including the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services, the Kansas Board of Pharmacy, the Kansas Human Rights Commission and the Kansas Department of Labor. Ms. Graham provided continuing legal education seminars and training to attorney, human resource managers and department supervisors on administrative law. Ms. Graham has significant experience with all phases of litigation: discovery, trial preparation, witness preparation, caseload management and other phase of litigation.
