Adeline Maria Raveica

Adeline Raveica is a strategic business litigator with extensive experience representing companies in complex commercial and construction-related disputes. A 2019 graduate of the City University of New York School of Law, she has spent the past five years advising and defending businesses through all phases of litigation and pre-litigation strategy. Adeline began her career at a Manhattan-based firm focusing on construction defense litigation, where she handled high-exposure claims and developed a disciplined, results-driven approach to risk management and dispute resolution. She currently serves as Of Counsel, representing business owners in commercial litigation, contract disputes, and entity formation matters. Her practice is rooted in proactive strategy—identifying exposure early, positioning clients advantageously, and resolving matters efficiently whenever possible. Known for her practical, business-minded counsel, Adeline works closely with entrepreneurs and established companies alike to structure entities properly, protect assets, and minimize litigation risk. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota state courts and in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas and the Eastern District of Michigan.
