Anthony M. Deliso

Anthony Deliso is a senior labor law attorney in the Manhattan office of The Barnes Firm. Anthony is an accomplished personal injury attorney, serving as an associate for 7 years at a personal injury firm in Brooklyn, followed by 6 years as a senior partner at a firm in Manhattan, where he was the Chair of The Labor Law Department and oversaw a team of 6 attorneys. During this time, he obtained numerous partial summary judgement awards and successfully argued before the Appellate Division. Anthony’s passion for representing and protecting union members, from all trades, comes from his grandfather. As the grandson of a union ornamental iron worker who worked on some of the City’s most iconic structures, buildings, and monuments, including, the Statute of Liberty, Anthony has dedicated his career to using his voice to advocate for those individuals who have been injured due to someone else’s negligence on a jobsite. With over 20 years of legal experience, his understanding of construction and personal injury law has helped him resolve over $50M in cases.
