Bruce R. Friedrich

Upon graduation from Brooklyn Law School Mr. Friedrich became general counsel to The Doctors Company in California where he is also admitted to practice. He returned to New York and began doing medical and dental malpractice defense. He leads the firms dental malpractice group. Prominent recent verdicts include Sheppard v Braverman Supreme Court, New York County (defense verdict unnecessary extraction necessitating implant) Pascocello v Wank (defense verdict - negligent extraction resulting in excessive bleeding and neurological injuries). Mr. Friedrich provides coverage opinions and is also in charge of the firm's legal malpractice defense group.
