Dennison Marzocco

Dennison Marzocco is a transactional Associate at the firm engaged in a diverse range of business transactions, including franchise matters, contracts, intellectual property, business formation, and commercial leasing transactions. Prior to joining Rosen Karol Salis, PLLC in 2019, Dennison was an associate at the Law Offices of Peter J. Lamont. Dennison received his J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2011 and his B.A. (history) from Washington and Lee University in 2008, where he was a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity.
