Edwin Drantivy, Esq. strives for the highest degree of excellence in legal consultation, representation, and client relations with respect to matrimonial, business, commercial, personal injury, and consumer fraud matters. Mr. Drantivy upholds a dedicated policy to represent only those individuals and business entities that he believes in and he will only take on cases for which he is willing to fully devote his time and resources. In support of his clients, Edwin Drantivy, Esq. pays great concentration to detail, allocates timely attention to his clients' personal and business matters of concern, focuses heavily on solving his clients' problems so that the complicating issues do not recur, and, most importantly, always keeps his clients exceptionally informed of any and all relevant progress on their matters. Mr. Drantivy graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Economics. He then attained a Juris Doctorate from the Appalachian School of Law. Mr. Drantivy currently assists with all facets of matrimonial law, including, but not limited to, divorce, separation, annulment, child custody, visitation rights, child support, equitable distribution, qualified medical support orders, qualified domestic relations orders, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, asset investigation, and forensic asset evaluation.
