Marc J. Citrin Marc Citrin graduated from a combined six year BA/JD program (City College, City University of New York and New York Law School) in 1982. Mr. Citrin was an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office from 1982 to 1985. He was a senior trial partner at Bower & Gardner until 1994, and has tried over 200 civil cases to verdict. Bar Admissions: New York State, United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
