Nina S. Epstein

Ms. Epstein has over 30 years of litigation experience including criminal defense, guardianship, contested and uncontested matrimonial, custody, and family law cases. Nina has tried cases in several jurisdictions including Manhattan, Kings, Nassau, and Westchester counties. She is admitted to the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts. She has represented children and is admitted to the Appellate Division Attorney for Children panel in the First Department. A founding member of the former Goldweber Epstein LLP boutique matrimonial law firm she joined Cardi & Edgar LLP in 2021 as of counsel. Nina is a member of the New York Women’s Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. She served as a board member of SAVVY Ladies and is currently on the board of Prevent Child Abuse VT.
