Porter F. Fleming

Porter F. Fleming is a partner in the New York office of Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP concentrating his practice in the area of intellectual property law. For over twenty years, Mr. Fleming has extensively counseled, prepared, and litigated patent and other intellectual property cases in a variety of scientific and product areas, including pharmaceuticals; Hatch-Waxman, chemistry, mechanical, metallurgy, consumer products, medical devices, paper products, and telecommunications. In addition to an active litigation practice, Mr. Fleming maintains a patent and trademark prosecution docket. He also provides extensive clearance, analysis and opinion work relating to patent validity, infringement, enforceability, trade secrets and due diligence issues.
