Richard H. Sarajian

A member, Mr. Sarajian joined the Firm in October 1982. Heading the Commercial Litigation Department, his practice emphasizes corporate planning, commercial law, commercial real estate and all aspects of commercial litigation. Mr. Sarajian also handles commercial condemnation matters, tax certiorari matters and real estate development approvals before local municipal boards. A 1973 graduate of Colgate University, where he was an Alumni War Memorial scholar, Mr. Sarajian received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Albany Law School in 1976. While in law school, he was a member of the Law Review and Justinian Society. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Sarajian served as the confidential law secretary to New York State Supreme Court Judge Edward M. O'Gorman from 1976 to 1981 and as the confidential law secretary to New York State Supreme Court Judge Albert M. Rosenblatt for an additional year. Mr. Sarajian participates in numerous community activities, and is a member of the Orange County, Rockland County, and New York State Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey as well as the Federal Court.
