Rocco Conte

Rocco Conte is a Partner with the firm and has been with the firm since 1968. Mr. Conte graduated Fordham University (A.B., 1963); University of Pennsylvania (J.D., 1966). He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1967; U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. District Court Southern District of New York in 1978; and the Connecticut Bar in 1979. Mr. Conte has tried nearly two hundred cases to verdict over his forty year career. These cases involved claims of medical malpractice, legal malpractice, other professional liability claims, products liability, school and municipal liability, sexual abuse, civil rights matters, premises liability and automobile liability. He was an invited lecturer at the National Trial Academy held at the University of Colorado. In addition he has lectured at Continuing Legal Education classes sponsored by the New York State Bar Association, the Westchester Bar Association and the White Plains Bar Association. He has been published in the New York Law Journal and in various other publications. Mr. Conte is presently a member of the Westchester County, New York State, Connecticut and American Bar Associations; International Association of Defense Counsel; Defense Research Institute; former member faculty, Defense Counsel Trial Academy.
