Stewart A. McMillan

Before joining the firm, Stewart was employed as an Associate-Principal at Zetlin & De Chiara, LLP in New York City, where he acted as lead counsel in New York State and Federal litigations involving construction law, architectural and engineering law, contract law, personal injury and products liability, employment law and cooperative and condominium law. Prior to that Stewart was employed as an Associate at Gogick, Byrne & O’Neill, LLP, a practice specializing in insurance defense, where he acted as lead counsel in New York and Connecticut State and Federal litigations in the areas of construction, personal injury and products liability, surety law and professional malpractice. Prior to that Stewart was employed as an Associate at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP, where he acted as Associate Counsel in New York State and Federal litigations involving insurance defense related to premises liability, slip and fall accidents, automobile accident litigation, construction site accidents, labor law actions and also assisted in the defense of class-action litigations. Prior to commencing his private practice work Stewart worked in the public sector as a trial attorney in the capacity of Associate District Attorney at the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office in White Plains, New York.
